![]() Scientist: The first class that isnt availble to start, scientist acts as a bit of a weaker warrior with more utility. With Off tune, it outclasses princess has even or slightly better damage then theif. Pop Star: By far best utility unit, ends feuds and boots relationship stats (albeit temporarily.) Off tune allows PS to fan out damage and it has decent status abilities to affect the enemy party. Best damage output in the game arguably with good defensive stats and abilities. Warrior: Would be S tier if it could spread out its damage. A moderately strong class to start out with thats boosted by its amazing damage output and abilities, with lightning it can fill the roles of thief and flower almost by itself and with explosion outclasses them entirely. Might do a separate list for MU controlled. Also assumes every unit is AI controlled. It also assumes that every unit is at least level 10 by the end of its section. Quite frankly, it's good on it's own merits, but the other hybrids are better with it's biggest thing over those hybrids being that it can revive someone if they get KOed.Note this only includes the regular story mode classes. Again, I don't feel the danger of resentment is enough to overshadow the good things a tank brings to the party as the effects of Resentment is just not debilitating enough.įlower - Another damage dealer/healer hybrid, leaning more on supporting the team than assisting with damaging. Also has a lot of useful abilities for damage and to soak up damage even further, even if some cause resentment. Tank - The other class which can soak up damage pretty well. And while some people despise it for spreading resentment among the team, the effects of resentment is not debilitating enough to overshadow it's good points. Proficient in both physical damage and supporting healing and can soak up a lot of damage. It's not as amazing as some of the other classes, but it's pretty good on it's own merits and doesn't harm the team set-up.Ĭhef - The Paladin-esque class of the game. can provide both AoE and single-target damage as well as trap-based protection. Princess - A hodge-podge of abilities that nonetheless manage to work out pretty well from a hybrid magic damage/support standpoint. Offense is generally single-target based in nature. Does both roles well (but does the support role better). Imp - hybrid damage dealer but mainly a supporting class specialized in debuffing. Probably one of the best filler jobs for when you have no idea who to take the fourth spot. lacks something for me to truly place it into the A Tier. Can do pretty much everything well, from damage dealing to healing to supporting the team. Pop-Star - Probably the best supporter of them all, and has free AoE damage to fall back on, but he's really there for the support.Įlf - Second secret job. kinda one of the most replaceable roles in this game, but does land in A because when you need absolute top-o-the-class healing, the Cleric provides and provides in spades. Not in S tier because the healing role is. Pays for it with no access to crowd-clearing tools or much of offensive abilities. Still amazing.Ĭleric - Bar none the best healer and has the only guaranteed resurrection spell. Ultimately not as good at damage dealing as the mage or as proficient in healing as the Cleric.Ĭat - Highest potential damage and highest physical damage dealer, but feels a bit more frail than the Warrior and their damage dealing needs a little set-up first to reach their highest potential. Scientist - A good secondary magic user and healer throughout the entire game when you get the chance to use one. Weaknesses include being a bit slow and having virtually nothing to use until about 20 levels or so into the class. Best physical/magical hybrid user if you ask me: Useful abilities, weapon can hit multiple foes, and is damn powerful and sturdy to boot. Vampire - First secret job and is really, really good. They have all they need to excel at what they do (physical fightering + damage soaking and magical powerhouse) and they do what they do perfectly through the beginning to the end. Warrior, Mage - There's virtually no downsides using at least one of these classes throughout the entire game.
